Median home prices in Bradley rose to $150,450 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Bradley rose by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,450 - a 9.4% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Bradley in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bradley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,214, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
