Pricing for the median home in St. Anne increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in St. Anne rose by $74,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 204.1% increase over the $36,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Anne in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,436, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
