The first half of 2021: Home prices in St. Anne increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in St. Anne rose by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 146.7% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Anne in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,436, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
