On July 8, Danny and Arreian Santos purchased a home at 1246 S. Washington Ave., Kankakee from Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage Association (also known as) for $73,757.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,971, 4.03% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, four properties sold in Kankakee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kathryn M. McGuire, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 1246 S. Washington Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
