On July 12, Chicago Title Land Trust Co. 3051 sold their home at 22 W Circle Drive, St. Anne to Posing Kim Van Pelt and Van Pelt Kim and Dustin Posing for $130,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,007.94, 1.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in St. Anne as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 22 W Circle Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bonnie L. Lavoie, 85, and Bernard W. Lavoie, 86.
