The home at 448 Water Tower Road, Manteno was sold on July 26 by Martha Lynne Scott for $150,000. The buyers were Ashley and Benjamin McGuffin.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,662.96, 3.11% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 18 properties sold in Manteno.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Martha L. Scott has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries. Ashley M. McGuffin has been registered to vote since 2010. Benjamin Glenn McGuffin has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
