Charles Sykes sells 355 S. Myrtle Ave., Kankakee

On Nov. 9, Tynnetta Salter purchased a home at 355 S. Myrtle Ave., Kankakee from Charles Sykes for $87,500.

So far in November 2021, five properties sold in Kankakee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charles T. Sykes has been registered to vote since 1998. Charles W. Sykes has been registered to vote since 1993 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 355 S. Myrtle Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tayla L. Davis, 25, Charles T. Sykes, 41, Hazel L. Sykes, 64, Charles W. Sykes, 73, and Gevona D. Smith, 28.
