On Nov. 24, Penny and Mark Buchmeier purchased a home at 454 Stonegate Way, Manteno from Raymond Lipperini and Leota Mann for $198,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,998.12, 2.01% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 22, 2019 for $168,000.

So far in November 2021, 14 properties sold in Manteno.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Raymond J. Lipperini has been registered to vote since 1972. Leota L. Mann has been registered to vote since 1981 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
