Report: Bradley Bourbonnais School District spent $11,827 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School District 307 was up 22.8 percent from five years ago, according to the Kankakee Times analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Kankakee County school district spent $9,631 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $11,827 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 2,091 to 1,944 students over the same period.

Bradley Bourbonnais's spending in 2019-20 was 18.4 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
