a) 208 N 2nd St: property cleaned up and new family member moving in-was broken into already-copper pipes taken
b) 256 N 2nd St: foreclosure in process
c) Citations: 21 for junk vehicles were issued for August court, 2 citations for RV violations, 2 citations for property violations
d) Crime Free Rental: final letters were sent out approximately 70 property owners still non-compliant, fines are beginning to be sent, inspections are continuing-most places are up to code with only minor problems
e) Fines & Collections: $1050 paid in fines, and $230 in collections
