Public Works/Water Wastewater

- Replace Actuators and 16-inch Valve Assembly at Mulberry St Lift Station-from Metropolitan for $75,000

- Peerless Midwest Well Drilling for new well behind City Hall $200,000 that is under engineering review and without Competitive Bidding

- Core and Main piping for new well to connect the new well to Wells 9 and 10 $17,744.00

- Purchase a Non-Potable Pump from Xlyem for $12,000

- Purchase 2 RAS/WAS well pumps for a cost not to exceed $50,000

Public Safety

- Promote Kyle Puleo, Curtis Marcot, and Mark Harris to Sergeants effective 12/20/2022

- Recognize retiring officers: John-Lee Hall, Scott Muench and Bill Stanley

- Swearing in new officers: Joshua Douglas, Jason Forbes, Alex Corriveau

• Code Enforcement

- 502 W Jackson St -demolish accept bid from Lee Excavating bid for $8600
