On Saturday, February 10, former Mt. Zion High School standout Gwen Bender’s current college team, the Olivet Nazarene Fighting Tigers, lost 8-3 in their NAIA game against the William Penn Statesmen.

The game took place in Rosemont, Illinois. This was their first matchup against the William Penn Statesmen this season.

The Fighting Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, February 14 at 1 p.m. in Fort Wayne, Indiana against Indiana Tech Warriors.
