Following the second reading by Clerk Simeur, Mr. Van Mill stated this new Intergovernmental Agreement will take effect on July 1, 2024. The commitment from the Village would be $60,000 annually for 2 years. The CVB will continue to promote tourism that will go on in the Village of Bourbonnais.

Information: B. Administration Committee
> Trustee Serafini reminded residents that applications for Community Garden plots are now available. Garden plots are located at Jordan Park, are 6' x 4' in size and are in season from May 1 - November 1 for $10.00 each. Please see the Village website for more information.
> A drug take back event will be occurring on Saturday, April 27 from 10:00 - 2:00 at Northfield Square Mall in the east parking lot. Residents can safely dispose of unwanted or expired medications at the drop off event. For those who cannot attend, the Bourbonnais Police has a prescription drug disposal box located in the lobby of the Police department, available 24/7 and no assistance is needed. Liquids and syringes are not accepted.

Action, Ordinance: A. ORDINANCE NO. 24-2448 - An Ordinance Granting a Special Use Permit for Self-Storage Warehouses (NAIC Code 493110) PIN 17-09-09-301-019 in the M-1 Zoning District to Bill Warburton (FIRST READING)
> Following the first reading by Clerk Simeur, Mr. Van Mill stated this case is the result of an application filed by property owner Bill Warburton requesting a Special Use permit to expand his existing private storage operation. The addition would be immediately north of the existing storage buildings on the west side of IL Route 50. Mr. Warburton plans to construct 4 private buildings ranging in size from 4,200 to 8,000 sq. ft. Also proposing a commercial office for a retail building about 5,000 sq. ft. in size in the front of the property. The Planning Commission recommended 7-0 to approve the Special Use permit.

Action, Ordinance: B. ORDINANCE NO. 24-2449 - An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Classification of Lots 1, 2, and 3 Heritage Meadows Professional Center, Bourbonnais, Illinois to R-4 Two Family (FIRST READING)
> Following the first reading by Clerk Simeur, Mr. Van Mill stated this case and the next are the result of an application filed by Municipal Bank Trust #2734 to rezone the property from B-1 to R-4 and a Special Use Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the construction of the units. The subject site includes lots 1, 2 and 3 on Heritage Meadows Circle, the property is off of Bethel Road a quarter of a mile east of Convent Street. The request is to construct 8 duplexes and the buildings will remain under single ownership. The Planning Commission recommended 7-0 to approve the Rezoning and granting the Special Use permit for these two cases.

> Cobblestone Park - they are ready to pour the concrete pad for the pavilion, backstop is installed, and playground excavation continues.
> Hayes Park - pickleball addition continues the planning stages, requested Aqua service, A-frame pavilion is ordered, and site work should begin around June 1.
> Brush pick up has resumed and Area 4 will be held this Wednesday.
> Mowing has begun throughout the Village.
> Summer hire application deadline is Friday, April 19, apply on the Village's website.
