On November 23, 2024, Kelly announced the opening of spring internship applications for positions at her district offices or her office in Washington. She stated that internships are available to college graduate students and recent graduates, with applications being accepted until December 8. Internships are open to college graduate students as well as recent graduates. We will accept applications until December 8."

On November 24, 2024, Kelly expressed her dedication alongside her House Democratic colleagues to prioritize people over politics.
