Trustee Gesky called the meeting to order at 7:10a.m.

A motion was made by Trustee Crockett, seconded by Trustee Boudreau, to approve the minutes of December 17, 2024, as written; motion carried by voice vote - all ayes, no nays.

Public Participation: None

Items for Discussion: 

• Comcast Franchise Agreement Update – Mr. LaRocque stated Comcast was wanting the Village to renew the contract early and was told the contract was the same. When Village Attorney looked at new contract the contract was different they wanted to take away our free tv at all our locations. Mr. LaRocque told Comcast we will wait for the current contract to expire in 2027 and revisit.

• Surf Internet Update- Surf internet has pulled their bond. When asked why they said it was because Pavlov had too big of a jump on them with setting up.

• Budget Calendar (see attached)- Budget process will start later this month and presenting variations of Amendment and Budget in March. Trustees were told if they had items in their projects that they would like to have added to the budget please contact Mr. LaRocque.

• Project Cost Recaps-(see attached) 

• Month End Financial Report- Working on W2’s and should have report sometime next week.

A motion by Trustee Dole and seconded by Trustee Boudreau to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 a.m. Voice vote – all ayes.
