Members present: Mayor Paul Schore, Trustee Bruce Greenlee, Trustee Rick Fischer, Trustee Jeff Keast, Trustee Jack Littrell, and Trustee Angie Serafini. Also in attendance, Treasurer Ron Riebe, Attorney Patrick Dunn and Administrator Michael Van Mill. Absent: Trustee Randy King

3. PUBLIC HEARING

Action, Ordinance: A. ORDINANCE NO. 25-2483 - An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Annexation Agreement by the Village of Bourbonnais, Illinois for Property Owned by Bowtie Properties LLC at 390 N Convent Street, Bourbonnais, IL

> Attorney Dunn stated this is an annexation agreement between the Village of Bourbonnais and Bowtie Properties LLC for property located at 390 N. Convent Street, located on the corner of Wilburn Court and Convent Street/ Route 45, just south of the Speedway gas station (on Board Docs). It previously was a home that was renovated as a business site. If the agreement is approved it would be granting B-1 - Business Zoning to that site. This Ordinance is on the agenda for a second reading tonight at the Regular Board meeting.

Motion by Trustee Jack Littrell, second by Trustee Jeff Keast to adjourn the Public Hearing meeting at 5:17 PM.
