The Village of Bradley's Insurance and Finance Committee held its regular meeting Nov. 9.
The group unanimously approved the tax levy estimate as prepared by the county. The 2015 levy carries a 0.8 percent increase per person from the previous year.
The committee also discussed the village's various insurance packages: Treasurer Pries noted the cost of liability coverage and the likelihood that workman's compensation would drop. The group also considered cyber liability insurance to protect the village's network from being hacked and important personal information from being exposed. Board members said such a package would cost the village $4,402 per year and agreed to discuss it further at a future meeting.
The village delayed discussing its bills until the next finance meeting because of key staff who were out of the office.
