The Village of Grant Park's village board held its regular meeting Nov. 2.
After approving the previous meeting's minutes, the board approved bill payments of $43,154.88.
The board also accepted two construction bids: a $5,500 bid from Chico Mechanical to do electrical work at the Hamilton Farms list station and maintenance building and a $67,270 contract with Langlois Roofing Co. for work on a park roof.
The board also approved up to $150 for four 4-feet Christmas trees to help decorate Village Hall for the holiday season. Board members forwarded discussion of the village Christmas tree on to the Grant Park Chamber of Commerce.
Finally, sewer and garbage provided an update on the village's sewer project.
