The Village of Bradley Insurance and Finance Committee approved the 2015 estimated tax levy at its Nov. 9 meeting.
The tax levy was approved unanimously after village treasurer Mark Pries reported that the consumer price index for the county is 0.8 percent.
The committee also discussed its liability insurance. In their third year with IMIC, Pries reported that rates for both liability and workman's compensation will be dropping this year.
The possibility of purchasing cyber liability insurance for $4,402 per year was considered, with the committee deciding to review the issue again at its next meeting.
Bills were not presented at this meeting due to staff absences.
