The Manteno Board of Police Commissioners will interview a number of police officer candidates at a meeting Friday at the police department.
The commissioners will hold a closed session to conduct oral interviews then approve a list of potential candidates that will be posted for public review.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m.
