The city of Kankakee Community Resource Committee held a meeting Monday at the Public Safety Building in Kankakee to review its work during 2015 and set goals for the year ahead.
The committee was also expected to finish their discussion from previous meetings on Community Development Agency (CDA) homes, approve its financial report and discuss the content of their latest newsletter.
The city's CDA program is a local liaison for implementing affordable housing and home improvement programs administrated through the federal government's Department of Housing and Urban Development.
