The Grant Park village board met Dec. 21 to pay bills and plan for its January meeting.
The majority of the agenda was tabled until the board's subsequent meeting this month, including bids for property on Stanley Street, a proposal from Republic Services for sewer system repairs, a vote on a part-time Buildings and Grounds employee and a vote on variances required for the Stanley Street property.
The board also tabled a vote on the purchase of a truck and a snow plow because of lack of funds.
The meeting was adjourned after 27 minutes.
Board member Dana Dickson was absent.
