The Village of Bradley board voted 4-0 Jan. 11 to allow setback variances on 16 parcels in the Marquis Meadows subdivision.
The village zoning code currently requires setbacks of 30 feet. All 16 properties will be allowed to have smaller setbacks.
The variance was previously approved by an 8-0 Plan Commission vote on Jan. 5.
The properties are located on Truman Drive and Madison Court.
Board members Eric Cyr and Robert Redmond were absent.
