The Village of Bradley board voted 4-0 Jan. 11 to issue a special use permit for Douglas Keast to operate a fitness studio and martial arts school on Kinzie Avenue.
The school and studio will be located at 250 S. Kinzie Ave., an area otherwise zoned for industrial use.
Board members Robert Redmond and Eric Cyr were absent.
