The village of Bradley board restarted its discussion Monday on the village's participation in a new group fuel-purchasing program offered by the state.
The state recently brokered a partnership with the fuel management company WEX to offer municipalities a place in a group fuel-purchasing program that promises savings of up to 15 percent.
In addition to the savings leveraged by group purchasing, state officials said the program offers tax exemptions, fuel rebates and tools for tracking fuel consumption.
The board was also expected to vote on an ordinance approving the disposal of surplus village property.
