Manteno board of trustees voted unanimously Jan. 19 to sell the village's lease on the land beneath a cell tower.
Village officials previously announced a bid from Landmark Dividend to buy the 99-year lease for $350,000.
The board also approved a facade reconstruction project for 43-45 Main St. The facade is located within the village's Tax Increment Financing Area No. 1.
The meeting was adjourned after 15 minutes.
Trustee Wendell Phillips was absent.
