The Kankakee Community College (KCC) baseball and softball teams will each compete in a free "Pack the Park" home game March 30.
The baseball team will host Triton College at 3 p.m., and the softball team will host Morton College at 3:30 p.m.
KCC officials said the free games are an attempt to get the local community involved in supporting KCC athletics.
“The college hosts these events for each sport,” KCC Student Life Coordinator Laura Gardner said. “It’s an opportunity for students and the community to share the excitement of watching and supporting the Cavaliers.”
Limited free refreshments will also be available.
