Manteno seeks bids for WPCC services

The Manteno board authorized village officials to seek two contracts for the Water Pollution Control Center (WPCC) Feb. 16.

The village will pursue bids for sludge hauling and painting contracts as a result of the 5-0 votes.


The board also renewed a five-year lease with the Manteno Interfaith Commission, which occupies a building at 205 N. Locust St.

The meeting was adjourned after 22 minutes.

Trustee Wendell Phillips was absent.
