The Kankakee County Highway and Bridge Committee met March 10 to discuss the bidding for several roads.

The committee also discussed whether to post or hire temporary summer maintenance workers.

The Highway and Bridge Committee is a committee of Kankakee County.

The Highway and Bridge Committee oversees construction and maintenance of all county highways.
