The Momence City Council called a regular meeting on Monday, May 2.

In addition to approving previous meeting minutes, members of the council considered and OK'd involvement in an upcoming presentation of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.”

City Council meetings are scheduled on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m. Citizens are welcome to attend the meetings and share their comments at each meeting.
