Consideration of a request by Cornerstone Church for a variance from village ordinance
9-13-14(D) 1. Number; 2. Maximum Area; and 4. Maximum Height, to allow for the
installation of a second premises sign, with a total area of 300 square feet, located 24.5 feet
above ground level, per the picture provided, in the C-2 Commercial Zoning District. The
Planning Commission will hear comments from the floor in preparation for formal action in
New Business.

1. Planning Commission Recommendation on the requested variance from ABC
Supply. Cornerstone Church is requesting a variance from the sign ordinance to allow for
an additional sign on the north side of the building located at 393 South Creek Drive.
Ordinance allows for only one premises sign, with a maximum size of 64 square feet, not to
exceed 15 feet in height from the ground. After conducting the public hearing on the
variance requests, the Planning Commission will be asked to make a recommendation to the
Village Board.
