- Ordinance No. 16-2031 (An ordinance authorizing and providing for the issue of not to exceed $13,500,000 general obligation bonds (Sewerage System Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2016, of the Village of Bourbonnais, Kankakee County, Illinois, for the purpose of financing necessary improvements to the sewerage system of said village and refunding certain outstanding revenue bonds of said village, prescribing the details of said bonds, providing for the imposition of taxes to pay the same, and for the collection, segregation and application of said sewerage system revenues and certain sales taxes to pay said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to Bernardi Securities Inc.)
