Old Business:

Purchase of Mowers-

Director Heitz would like to recommend the purchase of the Exmark mowers from Bradley mowers. We received 4 other quotes ranging in prices as well as manufacturers.

Commissioner Tucker asked if we were going to use capital funds for the purchase and if we were going to look for extended credit? Director Heitz responded that yes they will be paid from capital funds from the bond. Also that we wanted to do credit but only to extend the payoff to July as a financial safety net. This would be after we receive the tax distribution. We are not sure if we could even get financed with the credit company. This will be interest free for 48 months if approved.

Commissioner Skelly asked why aren’t we purchasing the ones that are cheaper? Rick said their specs aren’t the same as the ones from Bradley mowers.

A motion to approve the purchase of the Bradley mowers was made by Commissioner Spriggs, seconded by Commissioner Tucker. Upon roll call vote the following commissioners voted aye: B. Spriggs, M. Mullady, D. Skelly, D. Tucker, A. Hollis. All ayes, motion carried.

Adjourn Meeting:

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 5:19 pm by Commissioner Tucker, seconded by Commissioner Mullady. Upon voice vote, all ayes, motion carried.
