Papineau FPD responds to 10 fires in 2016

Papineau Fire Protection District responded to 11 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the East Central Reporter.

The calls in Papineau included 10 fires - three structure fires, one vehicle fire and six other fires.

The department also received one false call.
