Watchdogs - Kankakee’s interim Police Chief resigns due to alleged database misuse

Kankakee’s Interim Police Chief Price Dumas resigned on Aug. 17 after he allegedly used the Illinois State Police’s L.E.A.D.S. database to search for individuals who had been outspoken against Kankakee’s Mayor Chasity Wells-Armstrong.
