With a new year, there are new resolutions, new ideas and new goals that are challenged through hard work and dedication. Give your kid the chance to gain more confidence this new year by signing them up for Children's Martial Arts class, presented by Lemner's Soo Bahk Do. Under the direction of 7th degree black belt and Certified Master Instructor, Steven Lemner, each child will learn personal discipline and the basics of this Martial Art in a true dojo. Instilling confidence in the younger generation is paramount to overall physical and mental health! #BTPDRecreation
