A.Approval of low bid by McHenry Savings Bank, McHenry, Illinois for the $280,000 General Obligation Limited Tax Park Bonds, Series 2019A at an interest rate of 3.7998% interest. (Action)
B.Ordinance #1.86 (Action)
An Ordinance providing for the issue of $280,000 General Obligation Limited Tax Park Bonds, Series 2019A, for park purposes and for the payment of the expenses incident thereto, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and the interest on said bonds, authorizing the execution and delivery of a tax escrow agreement in connection with said bonds and authorizing the sale of said bonds to McHenry Savings Bank.
