The Public Hearing was called to order at 5pm by President Hollis. Those present for roll call were Commissioner D. Tucker, D. Skelly, B. Spriggs, M. Mullady, A. Hollis. Staff present: Dayna Heitz, Melissa Woodard, Rick Collins, Attorney John Coghlan. Also present: Ariana Padilla

Public Comment: NA
Public hearing concerning the intent of the board of commissioners of the Kankakee Valley Park District, Kankakee County, IL to sell $2,000,000 general obligation limited tax park bonds for park purposes.
ADJOURN MEETING
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 5:02pm by Commissioner Tucker, seconded by Commissioner Spriggs. Upon voice vote, all ayes, motion carried.
