St. Anne home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in St. Anne fell by $11,046 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 14.5% decrease over the $76,046 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Anne in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in St. Anne for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,393, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
