Sun River Terrace home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Sun River Terrace rose by $15,600 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,500 - a 58% increase over the $26,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sun River Terrace in the second half of 2017.
