Bradley home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Bradley rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 38% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Bradley in September 2017.
