Village of Manteno issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
We would like to congratulate Gary Baughan on 20 years of service to our community. He serves as our Animal Control Officer and most recently, Park Ranger. He is extremely hard working and dedicated—we are lucky to have him! He was recognized at tonight’s Village board meeting Chief Al Swinford.
