City of Momence City Council Public Works Committee met Dec. 2.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
The Public Works Committee meeting was held in the Council Chambers at 29 North Dixie Highway, Momence.
Present: Chairman Alderman Metz, also present Aldermen Salomone, Carbonaro, Clark, Cook, Temple, Rehmer and Cope.
1. Sewer upgrades and needed projects –
Catwalks are ok, rest will need to be replaced. Mark has been speaking to Baxter about a facility plan, to get money to pay for the project.
Phosphate testing will need to be completed. By permit, this should be completed once a month.
We should have more answers on projects by December 16, Mark will be speaking to Baxter.
