6:30PM Meeting called to Order/ Pledge

Roll Call was taken, all present, except Ms. Dickson

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 2/24/20 meeting

Motion: Morgan 2nd: Wiedl Motion Carried 5-0-0

No Public Comments:

*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <2/27/20 General Fund $11,550.69, <2/22/20 Payroll $14,715.23

Motion: Veldhuizen 2nd: Morgan Motion Carried 5-0-0

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: no report

Streets & Alleys, Veldhuizen: no report

Finance, Dickson: absent (Mr. Morgan assisted with a report of a recent Finance meeting, and the topics covered, and with preparations to work with the Hitchcock Group and their suggestions using TIF Funds.

*Motion to approve donation to Show Bus public transportation not to exceed $100

Motion: Morgan 2nd: Veldhuizen Motion Carried 5-0-0

*Motion to approve Resolution # R-3-20-1 authorizing the execution of a service agreement extending the Village of Grant Park’s contract for solid waste management with Republic Services

Sewer & Garbage, Morgan: Quarterly billing for garbage will begin 5/01/20 from Republic Services

Building & Grounds, Morse:

*Motion to approve Mike Maloney & Friends Band for Oktoberfest Sunday, Sept. 13th, 2020 in the amount of $500
