6:30PM Meeting called to Order/ Pledge

Roll Call was taken, all members present

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 2/03/20 meeting

Motion: Dickson 2nd: Morse Motion Carried 5-0-1 Morgan abstaining

Public Comments:

Matt Shronts spoke to the Board about the G.P.F.D referendum to be on the March 17th ballot, explaining the need for more funds to be used for apparatus updates (currently average 27 years old); equipment updates, and increased staffing. There will be 2 public forums to be held at the fire station 3/4/20 7PM, and 3/17/20 9AM.

*Motion to approve bills for payment: <2/20/20 General Fund $335.56, Festival account $1500.00

<2/17/20 General Fund $23,225.51, Sewer $8,464.46, Festival Fund $412.46

<2/08/20 Payroll $14,588.48, <2/10/20 Stipend $1,275.00
