Pursuant to Section 9-14-13(B) of the Grant Park Zoning Ordinance, I move the Board to propose amendments to the Grant Park Zoning Ordinance to permit and regulate adult-use cannabis business establishments within the corporate boundaries of the Village, as set forth in the draft ordinance under consideration, and to request that the Grant Park Planning Commission hold a public hearing and make a recommendation thereon.
