Liberty Intermediate School issued the following announcement on May 20.
TruSelf Empowerment is a deeply interactive program for girls ages 10-13 that recognizes the importance of planting seeds of empowerment at an early age. This 5-week virtual series is all about self-esteem and self-worth! Through mindful discussion, journaling, activities, and crafts, girls will focus on building self-esteem, celebrating their strengths, coping with low self-esteem, and building the self-esteem of others.
