Clerk Dillman: reported “abstract of votes” from the last ballot concerning allowing a cannabis dispensary. 185 votes in favor, 155 votes against

Finance, Dickson: reported sewer loan has been repaid, no other action

Sewer & Garbage, Morgan:

*Motion to refund Brandon Wackerlin $1,565 for years of overpayment on scavenger service
