6:30 PM Meeting Called to Order/ Pledge

Roll Call was taken, all present, except Ms. Wied I absent, Ms. Veldhuizen arriving 7:00 PM

•Motion to approve minutes from previous 5/04/20 meeting

Motion: Morgan 2°•: Dickson        Motion Carried 4-0-0

•Motion to approve bills for Payment: <5/05/20 General Fund $1,565.00, <5/14/20 General Fund $19,668.68, Sewer Fund $2,542.40, M.F.T $5,083.59, <5/02/20 Payroll $15,408.29, <5/12/20 Stipend $1,275.00.

Clerk Dillman: no report

Streets & Alleys, Veldhuizen: absent

Finance, Dickson: budget numbers are in

Building & Grounds, Morse: made a report from a proposal from the Grant Park Foundation to help with the proposed walking path

Ordinance & Insurance, Wiedl: absent

Law Enforcement, Coats: no report

Chief Frey: no report

Pres. Roth: Discussion held concerning the recently awarded Grant from the Build Illinois program in the amount of $88,000 payed over 6 payments. Discussion on spending in the qualifying areas is finishing paving the Community Park parking areas. Also discussed was near future work at the Esson Farm Road, and Main Street curve. Also discussed was finishing the sidewalk along Esson Farm Road, but may be delayed due to a possible School Safety Grant eligibility. Also discussed other projects for this year.
