1 Kankakee County resident in twenties tests positive for COVID-19 on July 22

One Kankakee County resident in his or her twenties tested positive for COVID-19 on July 22, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 287 positive cases reported in Kankakee County among residents in their twenties, accounting for 18.7 percent of all cases in the county. Through July 22, Kankakee County has reported a total of 1,534 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 66 of which have ended with the victim's death.
